A Post Presented by Cambia Health Solutions
On September 18th, well-being and HR professionals from a variety of employer sizes and industries across the Northwest will be gathering for the 10th annual American Heart Association (AHA) Worksite Wellness Summit. Attendees will learn how industry thought leaders are driving cultural change and engagement with employees through well-being and performance strategies.
Highlighting the event will be a panel discussion led by Stephen Erdmann, GM/VP of Cambia Health’s Human Performance & Well-being (HPW) Division. The panel will explore how organizations are moving beyond the narrow approach of traditional wellness programs to models that are integrated, incite long-term organizational change in employee health, and drive real business outcomes. Panelist will include Taylor Welsh, CEO of Walker Tracker, Newton Chang, Google’s Global Health & Performance Lead and Dave Drinkward, President and CEO of Hoffman Construction Company.
“I’m excited to lead this conversation with some true thought leaders in the space of health and wellbeing”, notes Erdmann, “and I’m hoping to give attendees some insights and best practices that they can take back to their own organizations which can improve cultural wellbeing and empower true performance in their employees”.
The panel will discuss topics including Organizational Morale, Behavioral Health & Well-being and the role of an organization in an employee’s health.
Additional speakers will include Larry Chapman, President & CEO of the Chapman Institute and creator of WellCert, Meliessa Ogrodowski, Director of Learning & Development of Craft Brew Alliance (CBA), Kerwynn & Benjamin Prinzing, co-founders of Kadalyst Health Partners and Claire Verity, CEO of the Pacific Northwest Market.
Organizers are thrilled to be offering the first live streaming option for virtual attendees, but in-person tickets will be capped at 130 attendees.
